The cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how long they last.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between page loads, such as whether you are signed in. Some cookies are strictly necessary for a service to work (essential), and others are not (non-essential, for example analytics or advertising). Non-essential cookies may only be set with your consent.
2. Cookies we use
We use only a small number of cookies, listed below.

Every cookie we currently use is essential: it is strictly necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in, authenticate administrators, apply invitations, and run the in-app feedback and support tool. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) these may be set without consent. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Managing cookies
Because the cookies we use are essential, the app will not work correctly without them. You can still block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but if you block our essential cookies you may not be able to sign in or use the Service.
4. If this changes
If in future we introduce any non-essential cookies (for example, analytics), we will not set them until you have given explicit consent through a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject them with equal prominence, and you will be able to change your choice at any time. We will update this policy before any such cookies are used.
